OLCC Alcohol Service Permit Training
*All BeerQuest staff must have a current OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
Online Course (2.5 Hours)
Final Exam (0.5 Hours)
OLCC Signature Visit (1 Hour)

Tour Shadowing
Observe tour led by seasoned guide (2-3 times)
6 – 9 Hours
Personal Study: Practice Stories & Walk through Tour
*Pro Tip: Take a group of friends on mock run of tour.
Record yourself telling the stories and play back.

Tour Demonstration Test
Demonstrate solid understanding of stories, layout, and procedures as if guiding an actual tour.
Employment is conditional on mastery of stories and tour essentials.

Final Launch Meeting
Review procedures and process before first public tour.
1 Hour
First Public Tour with Support
Tour support from seasoned guide will be available to help when needed during tour.
